Wine Club Terms and Conditions

By agreeing to these terms of service, I verify that I am at least 21 years of age. I authorize Touchstone Cellars LLC (dba Seabold Cellars) to charge my allotment to the credit card provided, prior to each shipment. I understand that this is an ongoing membership with no membership fee and that I have the right to cancel at any time after the receipt of two (2) shipments, and that there is a $100 fee associated with cancellation prior to the receipt of the number of shipments to which I agree above.

I understand that the United States government requires wine shipments to be signed for at the time of delivery by and adult over 21 years of age, and that I am responsible for all costs incurred if my wine shipment is returned to the winery for re-shipment.

All sales shall be completed in California and title passes to the buyer in California. By placing your order you authorize Touchstone Cellars LLC to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.

Touchstone Cellars LLC uses the information you provide to fulfill your order, and to contact you via email and/or traditional mail, with your permission. We will not share this information with any third party. All sensitive information is encrypted and secure. Local delivery and pickup members will have their bottles auto-shipped with an additional charge if not picked up within 4 weeks of release.
